ATTENTION TUMBLR INSONMIACS:

Every wonder why it is so hard to sleep at night? After countless hours of browsing the internet, refreshing tumblr, stalking people on facebook, and waiting for new tweets, you still feel like you don’t want to sleep yet even though you’re so freaking tired. So you just repeat what you’re doing, over and over again, until you can’t take it anymore and you give up and try to sleep. But you know after lying on your bed, trying to force yourself to sleep for about an hour, you’re still having trouble getting some shut eye. So you get over trying to sleep and check if anything has changed online again. It’s just an never ending process! 

Well long story short. The reason why you can’t sleep is because the light that emits from your computer screen, tv, and even your cell phone signals your brain that it is daytime. Since your brain thinks it’s daytime, you can’t help to stay awake. So in order sleep, stay away from computer/tv/phone screens for 30 minutes to an hour. Also, reading a book, solving crossword puzzles, and studying helps you get tired faster. 

I doubt anyone will read this though cause everyone skips anything on their dashboard that’s longer that two sentences haha. Oh wayyyyyl.
